MC Structures is a Perth formwork contractor run by two formwork carpenters with over 50 years' combined experience on the tools. We build conventional and modular formwork for in-situ concrete structures across the Perth metro area — suspended slabs and decks, columns, walls and cores, stairs, basements and retaining walls, and curved or feature work.
Every job starts with a fixed, itemised quote taken off your structural drawings. On site, formwork is set out from the drawings, built to line and level, propped and certified if required — ready for steel, with cycle times planned pour by pour so your programme holds. We work for builders, developers and owners on everything from a single residential deck to staged multi-level structures.
Formwork can be taken on its own, or packaged with our steel fixing and concrete placement so the whole structure sits under one contract with one point of responsibility.

Send the structural drawings. We measure the actual structure and return a fixed, itemised price — formwork, labour and programme.
Set-out
Grids, levels and edges set out from the drawings so the structure lands where the engineer drew it.
Build & prop
Forms built to line and level, propped and braced, with penetrations and cast-in items boxed as detailed.
Ready for steel
The deck is checked and handed over ready for reinforcement — ours or your steel fixer's.
Strip & back-prop
Stripped at design strength, back-propped where the engineer requires, materials off site and clean for the next trade.

Do you do formwork only, without the concrete?
Yes. Plenty of builders bring their own steel fixers and concreters — we're happy to deliver the formwork package on its own, priced and programmed the same way as our full-scope jobs.
What size formwork jobs do you take on?
Everything from a single suspended slab or undercroft on a residential build up to staged multi-level decks on commercial projects. Crews and systems are scaled to the job.
How much does formwork cost in Perth?
